At least one review points out that these are heavier than some other sets... maybe if your pelvic floor muscles are already in decent shape?

I got these and they are really heavy. I've tried really hard to get a return slip but they never mailed one to me (tried 3 times!) My muscles are apparently extremely weak. Just one falls out within 5 mins.
