Sounds like over-stimulation. It is possible to bruise a penis, just like it's possible to over-stimulate the vagina. Sometimes my clit can get so sore it's painful for a couple of hours. Asking an urologist about it might not be a terrible idea.

I have this happen occasionally when I go two or three rounds. Not necessarily a real pain but a throbbing or weaker feeling. I'm pretty sure for me it's just because I'm not used to going that many rounds in one day. Usually I only go one round in a 24 hour period. Going multiple rounds is the only time it the throbbing ever happens so I'm pretty sure that's the cause.
