My love and I are trying new things all the time, and I am in charge of our next venture. I have founds that I am kind of addicted to rope but I have always wanted to have a swing to use for our fun time. . . If you had to choose what would it be and why?

I would get both, considering the rope is so cheap. The swing looks like fun but the rope is amazingly useful.

That's a huge price difference, but the swing is definitely more exciting. But I mean, for $100 more, it better be

I think swings must be more comfortable, unless you invest the time into managing it with rope and other materials.

If he is handy, a simple sturdy rated i-hook in the ceiling can permit all kinds of various ties. I assume you enjoy the art of bondage since you mentioned you are addicted to rope. The swing caging takes up a lot of space. Depends what positions you want to get out of it. If you do an i-hook, make sure you are well versed in the mechanics of the anchor point. You can get hurt seriously if not secure.

Swing, rope is easier to find

The rope would be easy to carry around...like in a purse.

If you want a swing, go for it; I've heard they're fun. Rope can be a bit more difficult to use as effectively as a product, like a swing, that's designed for this kind of thing. On the other hand, rope is a lot more versatile, so I'd recommend getting better with it for the long term. If you eventually have the requisite knowledge and experience for suspension bondage, that'll probably make a swing obsolete (but hey, it's good for the short term).

Swing all the way!
