Does a yeast infection mean I've got to toss any TPR stuff I've used recently?

edit:
I'm at a loss here. According to the material guides:
"TPR toys cannot be disinfected with boiling water. You can wash them with warm water and toy cleaner or mild soap."
"Toys manufactured from TPR Silicone should be cleaned before and after each use with the warm water and antibacterial toy cleaner or mild soap."
It sounds like I should toss anything that may have come into contact during the infection. Can someone confirm? Deny? Bueller?
edit 2:
I am aware of this thread however TPR is not discussed.

It is non porous. Just wash it well and be done with it. If it has crevasses, then yes. Throw it away. But if not then don't worry about it.
