Balls or just flexing or something else?
What's your kegel routine?

I flex 20 times several times a day. I feel I don't need the kegel balls.

When starting physical therapy my PT told me 5 reps 5 times a day. However, remembering to do them can be hard for even just once a day, so she recommended whenever I need them (like when far, far away from a bathroom or something). I still don't remember nearly enough and hope to get some exercisers soon.
