Reading one of Beck's reviews resparked my interest in this... activity? Idea? Theory?
The distance between vagina and clitoris has, for many years, been a subject of debate on "who" can have orgasms during PIV, who can't and, at least in the late Victorian times, people using the word "frigid" for women who couldn't have an orgasm by PIV alone (and only about 20% or less of women can.) Since then, the word "frigid" has been re-purposed (thank heavens) to a still not very nice term, used by some, for women (only women ) who don't have sexual drive.
Anyway, in the Victorian Age, Princess Marie Bonaparte, a friend of Freud (who scared millions of women into thinking they were "frigid" because HE obviously was too lazy to do anything other than PIV to try to get a woman to come! Hey, Siggy, try some oral sex, ya sexist pig!) Princess Bonaparte (yes, from that Bonaparte family) actually had her Yoni surgically altered at least twice, as her distance was more than 25 mm, to try to have the elusive "vaginal orgasm." (I in no way think my good buddy Beck supports Princess Bonaparte's ideas or actions.)
Here's Princess Bonaparte's bio.
So, aside from trying to figure out what rabbit will work for you, what do we know, in the post modern world, about vaginal/clitoral distance?
I'm not even sure how to measure it. (One thing I did NOT learn in nursing training.) I used a tape measure, and got 22 mms from what I think was the mid portion of my vagina, and closer to 18 or 19 mms from the edge of my vagina to my clit. In most old literature this should be "close enough" to have "vaginal orgasms" or orgams during PIV. I have them, but only after a good clitoral climax, or an even better blended orgasm. I don't have them spontaneously from only PIV without significant clitoral stimulation. I think this is the average woman's experience. If you can have orgasms from PIV alone, do you have a short V to C distance? How short? Or is it something completely unrelated?
Have you ever measured your "distance?" Does it make a difference in the ability to have PIV orgasms? I didn't even realize until this morning that mine were so close together. According to the older literature, I should be having orgasms left, right and center, with intercourse alone. Not usually the case.
So, what do you think, ladies? Or, gentlemen, if your ladies (if you have sex with ladies) will allow the intrusion, what kind of "distances" are you getting?
Also, do you measure from the middle of your vagina, or from the very closest edge? I'm confused.
