It does hurt when it get put in. But only for few seconds. It took three tries to get mine in. If she has had kids then this IUD cramp will be nothing. But still uncomfortable ! But it's the best birth control. I've had mine in over a year. We don't use any other kind of control and no pregnancy.

I hate condoms but always use them with my partner who is not on bc. I'm still careful even with a condom, as I've had a couple rip in the past.

I've been on a lot. Once I had my daughter, I was on the Depo. I gained weight quickly on that. Before my daughter, I was like 102 pounds. The IUD also made me gain weight. I'm on regular BC now and the weight is coming back off.

I use condoms at the moment. I used to be on Depo...but I gained a lot of weight from it so I stopped.

I went off the BC pill soon after I came out and am glad I don't have to worry about birth control any longer.

I love the BC pill. I was on depo for a few years. Gained a bunch of weight and killed my sex drive. It took a very long time to feel normal again. I'm very glad to be off it, and I've found a pill that really agrees with me.

Vasectomy. My Master got one done years ago and we don't have to worry about birth control.

Seasonique is my favorite. It makes my periods super light and I rarely spot. I used to have the Implanon and that made me spot all the time.

Good condoms really don't feel that bad nowadays. You just need to do a little research and it's pretty easy to find one that doesn't feel like a plastic bag on your parts.

Condoms only. Hormonal birth control is a mess for so many people, and after all the stuff with YAZ, I'm scared to try it. Condoms are frustrating, but I don't have the money or insurance for surgery.

I use an oral BC as well as using condoms and the withdrawal method with my partner (we like to be VERY careful), however i'm starting to give some thought to getting a copper IUD implant to avoid taking my pill late.

Well half of them I could never afford and the other half just piss me off. Since I'm newly single wooohoooo! if the occasion arises condoms all the way lol. Besides the obvious reasons for using them. I'm tired of the pills and what not messing me up!
