Soap and water's always done the trick for me.

Feminine wash is just unnecessary, sold by people who want to profit from women's insecurities.

I use whatever body wash I'm using. Only use a different wash if you find that your normal body wash causes irritation down there (but you probably shouldn't be using that wash anywhere).

My mom decided to ask her ob/gyn about this and she said that the only completely safe way to wash you vaginal area is to use soap, water and a wash cloth. If you have a removeable showerhead do not just turn it over and stick it between your legs as while it may just be water, some shower heads have such high pressure they can actually cause tearing. My sister found this out the hard way.

I've read that it's actually best to just use water, as most soaps cause some kind of irritation...but that doesn't feel all that clean to me, so I usually use mild soap as well.

I just use a hypoallergenic body wash. My regular body wash dries me out a bit.

I have always used just soap and water but there is a product here I plan on buying that is exactly for that. It's ph balanced and it has great reviews so I will probably order it soon.

Just water and soap for me. I've seen feminine wash solutions in the drug stores, they're always very expensive.

Antibacterial soap and water. NOTHING with perfumes or added scents. No artificial sprays and cleaners because they actually hurt more than they can help.

I use just water most of the time unless I got super sweaty or had sex before my shower, then I use a very mild soap, cause my normal body wash makes me all itchy blech!

Just soap and water on the outside when I'm in the shower. I don't clean with soap in the vagina because it's got ways of cleaning itself, but if we had sex recently I'll stick a finger in and sort of help the semen out (ew!).

I use Diva Wash. It doesn't dry out the skin or leave a wierd smell/residue. It just feels like I was never gross or stinky down there to begin with.
