Just curious of which toy is better for me to try. I have asked before but I think my choices were wrong.

I do believe the Paul and Paulina is the most girthy rabbit on the site.
03/16/2011
I honestly would not start with a rabbit if it's your first sex toy. They are notoriously tricky and it takes time to find one that fits your anatomy just right.
I also wouldn't go with anything over 1.5 inches in diameter if you plan on inserting it.

I think it all depends on how comfortable you are with insertion. Use your fingers to try to get an idea of how thick of a toy you want. I know right now my thickest is 1" diameter, and that's perfect for me.
03/17/2011
I would either go with the Gigi or the fleur de lis desire by evolve. Both are quite good, however the Gigi is recharable. I would avoid bunnies since you are a beginner.
03/17/2011
I choose Fleur DE Lis because its small and one of the less expensive options but the Serenity would be equally good, either one would be enjoyable and allow you to explore with little chance of them being too much. Rabbits are tricky unless you know exactly how long a toy will fit and even then it may or may not work for you.
03/17/2011
Gigi is not only great and high-quality, but also not girthy and a good clitoral toy without extra attachments, so I think it's best for a beginner.
03/17/2011
I voted for L'Amour but I'd also encourage you to look at a clitoral vibe as well, something like Mimi (if you don't already have one). Variety is always nice.
03/17/2011
If I was you, I would look up the evolved Bottle rocket. They have four different kinds of it but it is a perfect toy for a beginner. It is small which is needed for a virgin so that first time really is an experience. But it also brings a great punch with a strong vibration that is superior to many other toys my girl has tried out. It is fairly cheap also with it being only around $15

My very first toy was the Bottle Rocket Nova. If you are new or a little hesitant of vaginal penetration, one of the bottle rockets would be great. It's not too big, which warmed me up to penetration. It's not big enough to actually make you vaginally climax, but it is a good foreplay tool, and solo, if that is your thing too. It is definitely a starter, and it's at a great price. ($11.99)

Do you have any clitoral toys yet?
I would suggest those first, or ones that you could use for outside stimulation in case you do not want to insert, or are uncomfortable the first few times. It helps to be warmed up outside.

You'll probably find more enjoyment and comfort from either the Gigi or the Fleur De Lis Desire just because they're smaller and more compact. I have a hard time with larger toys because I'm tight, though I'm not a virgin, so I can attest to the fact that both of these work wonderfully and cause no discomfort whatsoever. I would definitely avoid a rabbit until you've worked yourself up a bit with toys and gotten yourself a bit stretched to handle more girth.
Good luck

Like others have suggested, I also think the Gigi would be more comfortable for you.
Start small and work your way up to a rabbit imo.

I honestly wouldn't suggest a g-spot toy with such a sharp curve until you've tried something traditional. You might end up hooking your pubic bone. I say get to know your anatomy really well with something basic first.
I'd consider the Liberte 2 which is reasonably priced and is from Cal Ex's high end line. Or, the Slender Tulip Wand, which the bulb might give you some light g-spot action without hooking on your pubic bone. Just because so many people here love "luxury toys" doesn't mean you have to start with them. Especially if you don't know what you'll enjoy. It's better to try different TYPES of toys.

I wouldn't get a rabbit vibrator as a first toy, and I wouldn't spend more than $30 until you know what it is that you like in a toy.
04/07/2011
Gigi is good for a beginner (if you can afford it), but it wasn't long enough to reach my g-spot (but I have quiet a deep g-spot).

Personally I'd buy a dildo! I'm not into internal vibrations but I love dildos. A great beginner's dildo is the Lelo Ella because it has two ends which allows you to experiment to see what you like best: g-spotting or a plain shaft.
04/08/2011
I'd agree with not starting with a rabbit. Out of the choices above the Gigi would be my choice BUT as other have said keep it inexpensive and experiment at first.
Get a simple bullet vibe for under $30 and/or maybe an egg vibe, again under $30. Keep it simple and inexpensive until you have an idea what you may like.

Try the gigi
04/14/2011
I wouldn't spend a ton of money on it because if you do not like it you will be stuck with it. I would try something that has good reviews but not to pricey to figure out what you like.
04/14/2011
My first vibe was the Butterfly Kiss.
I really wouldn't try a rabbit to start with, but if you find you like them after using this toy (the Butterfly Kiss is similar to a rabbit, but the shaft and clitoral stimulator are waaaaay less intimidating), then you might could try one of those.

My vote is for Serenity because it is made of Silicone, making it very hygienic, and it is flexible and giving. This will help you ease into use and feel comfortable. It also has gentle vibrations that may be good for a first time. IDK about you, but I would rather start too gentle than too hard! Good luck!

Archeteuthis
It might be a bit on the big side, but my first toy was a Fun Factory Astrovibe. It's inexpensive, made of silicone, and has a non-threatening design.
05/22/2011
I think your best bet would be to try the Petite Couture Serenity. It has very little texture and is of a modest girth and length (which is important for a virgin).
I think for a first toy you should stay away from the really specialized toys (like rabbits and g-spotters) because those often have more of a learning curve. But a basic, traditional style vibrator of a modest size will be versatile enough for you to use it for clitoral or internal stimulation and will allow you to get an idea of what works for you. After learning more about your body you'll be able to branch out and get the different kinds of toys that you know you'll like.

I think Gigi is the best investment quality-wise
11/30/2011
I can't speak for any of those toys.
I'm a virgin as well and pretty new to this stuff myself. My first toy was a Hitachi Magic Wand. It was scary at first, but I just took a bunch of towels and layered it over the area until I got used to the vibrations. Then I'd flip off towel layers. I started with just clit play and exploring. Later I bought a bunch of attachments, including a rabbit one that is small and smooth.
The key with getting ready for penetration is lots of foreplay - buildup and exploring around. If it's not lubed up enough down there or uncomfortable, keep playing around with other bits until it is. You might need some artificial lube to really keep things safe and comfy. But don't use too much, either...
Rabbits still confuse me a little. I prefer to focus on one area at a time right now - G spot or clit, not both at once - so I can learn about the different feelings and how each orgasm feels (they're a little different).
Good luck!

I just recently got the Gigi, and it's already earned a spot at the top of our toybox. Totally worth the money, and not intimidatingly large at all.

I started buying toys when I was a virgin, and I learned from experience to start off with something that is 1 inch in diameter or less. If that's fine, then I would suggest going up in size, but it helped me to start less. So, I wouldn't recomend getting any of these choices because they're all farily pricey and large. I'd start off trying something cheap and smaller so that you can learn what you like without blowing your budget on something you can't use.
02/17/2012
I would recommend you looking at the toy's sizes, particularly the diameters to see how big you would want to go. Also, something with a lot of texture may not be good for a first time. Have fun.
03/22/2012
Definitely the Gigi, I've heard great things about it.

I think the GiGi would be the best choice. You are new to this. You shouldn't be going with something that is going to over power your body your be painful. I would actually send you to the Ella by Lelo instead of the the gigi. You are going to get the same hi quality but it maybe more comfortable for a first timer. I would not every recommend that you start with a rabbit. It may over power you or be too large if you are not used to penetration. Everyone on here wants you to have a positive experience. I wish you the best of luck .

I have the L’Amour premium silicone massager Flutter and it's not powerful enough for me. BUT I've had toys for over 10 years though, so for a virgin, it might be good! It's thin and really smooth. It also has the clitoral stimulation, which is is always good
It really just depends on how comfortable you are with insertion. I would go with the smaller diameter ones to start. Experiment with one and find what you like.

I do not have experience with any of those so I can not offer any advice according to the toys. However, advice in general - make sure it is a toy that you are comfortable with. Check the size/girth of the toy, don't get one that is very expensive in case you don't like it. Start simple and work your way up. Make sure you have a lube, a toy cleaner, and a safe place to store your toys (like a pouch from Eden to prevent germs getting on it when stored). Hope this helps.
08/08/2012
I'd go with something external for clitoral stimulation like the clitoral hummer or a wand.
08/08/2012
I'm a virgin, and use the Short n Sweet. I use it on my clitoris and I use it vaginally. It has not caused me any trouble, it's small and comfortable to use.
08/11/2012
Beginners should probably stay away from dual-stimulation toys until they know their body better and can make an informed decision. The Gigi is probably the best beginner toy of the ones you listed.
08/11/2012
I am a virgin and the first toy I got was a standard, small vibe, meant mostly for clitoral. It did absolutely nothing for me. The second toy I bought was the Vibratex Rabbit Habit and, while it's not perfect, I've enjoyed it a lot more than the first one. So, rabbits can be fine for beginners.
I would just suggest that, if you do want to start with a rabbit, you get one that is a bit cheaper than the Rabbit Habit, so you can figure out if you like it. My thinking behind getting a rabbit so early on in my toy career was that it they are practically "idiot proof"- I didn't have to figure out where to use it or experiment as much as you have to with a traditional vibe. Just insert and make sure the ears are on the clit- that sort of simplicity is what I need
