Ladies, how do you keep your vajay-jay clean and smelling good? When I shower, I wash down there, but it seems that throughout the day I sometimes notice a strong odor so I was wondering what types of products you use to keep it smelling good all day long?

Mine smells fine as long as I've showered within the last 2 days (so pretty much always unless I'm sick or something).
The smell of a woman's vagina is intoxicating and erotic. If the smell is noticeable when you are fully dressed, first make sure that you do not have an infection. Be sure to wear relatively loose cotton underwear (don't wear underwear that isn't cotton or silk) and skip the pantyhose if possible. Also, try switching soaps as the odor may be an allergic reaction.
Douching is unhealthy and may make the problem worse. However, if you want to give it a try, mix 1 tbsp of distilled vinegar with 1 quart of warm water before you even THINK about going near that Summer's Eve stuff.
Good luck! I hope this helps!

shower daily. Make sure there's no infection. It maybe a reaction to your body wash, lotion, shave gel/cream, soap powder, dryer sheet, even to the material that you wear next to it. As for the douche I've used it for 16 years never with any problems and I've never used anything but Summer's Eve. If you find your not allergic to any of the above and there's no infection and your still smelling the smell after frequent washes all women have a natural scent some strong others barely there. If you find the smell stinks you could ask someone you trust your bf/gf to get your smell on their finger and see if they think it stinks. Mostly it's just our own natural body scent down there that we may think is horrible while someone else will think it's heavenly. If you don't want to do that or are to self conscious about doing it then try Summer's Even Femme Deodrant and when you shave down there put regular deodrant on your inner thighs it will not only keep sweat down it will help with the odor. Hope this helps.

Douches and feminine sprays can only cover odors, make the problem worse, and they don't get to the root of them.
If it simply smells like pussy, and pussy does have a smell, but not a "bad" one, then a simple shower or bath with a good soap once every day or two should be enough to keep you clean.
If you have suddenly found a rank odor, something like fish or urine or baking bread, PLEASE see a doctor. You may have a fungal or bacterial infection in your vagina, which could spread to your uterus.
PLEASE don't treat any major changes on your own. There are good reasons to make a medical appointment, and a rank vaginal odor is one of them.
Eden also gave some good advice for a healthy vagina.
