The art of self pleasuring?

I was watching 101 days of self pleasure by Jaiya on youtube today. I was very interested and anxious to explore my body the way that Jaiya did on her 101 days. She explained how sometimes we rush our orgasms and don't fully enjoy them. I am taking at least 30 mins out of each day for 101 days to explore my body and find what I trully enjoy. I am also learning to relax my body and breathe while self pleasuring. Instead of tensing up and forgetting to breathe.

I was wondering how many of us actually take the time to self pleasure and not rush. I know I don't. Do you take time to self pleasure? Do you relax and enjoy the good feelingsqm

I do, and I think this is great advice! I read a book recently that said something similar, basically to take the time to really get to know and enjoy your entire body.
Taking this approach with myself has helped a lot with some emotional issues from the past, too, and also just makes me feel more like I'm really caring for myself and paying attention to my needs.

I have too. I feel like sometimes we forget that our bodies heal us emotionally so we should treat them well. I started doing scalp and foot massages on myself once a day. Hand massages too and I feel so much more stress free. When it comes to self pleasuring I take my time and its amazing what breathing can do for pleasure. You are so welcome! Glad it helped.

It's very true! You really need to take the time to heal yourself. I go through periods where I try, but I somehow get so preoccupied with the end result of feeling amazing that I forget to enjoy the process, which is the entire point. Then, I gradually stop doing things like self massage, breathing, etc. I'm going to look up the video you mentioned on youtube...

The entire series Jaiya did was amazing! She vlogs about and even demonstrates some of her experienced sometimes seconds after self pleasuring. She shows the afterglow and the failure. I mean to be a new mom and still find time to please herself deserves a high five. It inspires me. I'm doing my own 30 day challenge. Hoping I can increase it by 30 days every month.

Yes, it is amazing! I started watching her videos, it's surprising she still finds the time, inspiration and energy to make herself happy AND vlog about it. I think I would have given up after the first week. She is an inspiration.
