Please read my over long thread on your other discussion first.
.....Seriously-force yourself to have 1-3 orgasms per DAY. Keep doing so until you have dealt with the fear of pain issues, this will also actually help with any pain during or after orgasms. Eventually you will realize there has not been any pain, discomfort or other issues in a long time. Then you will REALLY have fun!!
Once you KNOW all the pain and discomfort is permanently gone, your subconscious inhibitions will fade away and you will start having multiples again. But they are honestly better than they were before!! Without the contractions in the uterus, your vaginal walls will compensate for the loss. My orgasms got immensely stronger, longer and much more satisfying. I became a very sexually oriented person and made up for lost time with the masturbating, having sex and orgasms. I am here for you if you have questions, need to vent or want any advice of what did/did not work for my recovery and rediscovery.
Odd anecdote:
I had 5 broken ribs and severe internal damage after a car wreck two years ago. I made the mistake of masturbating about 6-7 weeks after the wreck. OMG!! Overwhelming and intense pain radiated from my ribs, sides and pelvic area, all the way around to my spine. I waited another month and a half to orgasm again.
I squirt, immense amounts and many times per night. However, after all that pain from just masturbating, I lost my ability to squirt!! Not even a dribble or drip...nothing. I went for a year with no squirting or anything resembling it in any way. I remembered my hysto and the steps I had to take just to orgasm comfortably, have multiples, etc. I re-did the process, figured out my fears and was able to work through them again. Guess what?? It's baaaacckk!!

I am 6 weeks post hysto, I was extremely concerned that I would lose my sex drive completely. Prior to my surgery, I had little to no sex drive because of the pain and the side effects of my condition. However, after my surgery I am more froggy than ever. The first few times we had sex, it really hurt but then I realized it might have burned a little but it didnt hurt. Once I relaxed and just took it slowly I was really able to enjoy it with little to no pain.

I think you should discuss with your doc. I really don't think this is a situation you should simply suffer through. Being a guy, I can't say from experience whether any kind of pain is normal (my wife had no pain, only some discomfort that went away after the first time or two), but I think I'd want the certainty of hearing it from the person who saw your inner parts.
