Do you suffer from recurring yeast infections?

Contributor: chantalgiardina chantalgiardina
A few months ago I got two back to back. I had never had that happen before but apparently its common in younger women. My SIL has the same problem but she gets one every month around the time of her cycle
Has anyone else experienced this?

When I was younger I did, but when I went to the gyno he told me I could be getting them from the bath tub, I quit taking baths and stopped getting them..

I got them a lot between the ages of 8 and 15 or so, then a little less often up until I was 19. Then I heard that wearing panties less often can reduce the risk of yeast infections, so I started going commando around the house, and I haven't had any since.

I used to get them all the time. I read online that you can get them from your partner if he has one, which turned out to be the case for me. Once he and I broke up, it never happened again.
