I had all the symptoms of it when I was your age (I'm perimenopausal now... which is it's own slice o' fun).... BUT I have fibromyalgia and depression too, and I believe in my case that the PMDD was just another facet of my fibromyalgia.
Another way of what I'm trying to say is that I've been dx'd with adrenal fatique, severe depression, migraines, pmdd.... it was all fibromyalgia. I suspect that PMDD is a cluster of symptoms for other more less understood illnesses.
I'm not saying you have fibro, and I'm SOOOOOO sorry for what you go through, as I've been there.
My best suggestion is to do all the healthy living stuff AND try to find meds that work. There is no shame in meds. Diabetics have a chemical imbalance with sugar... this is just another chemical imbalance (or more than one in the body).
Hot baths are a dream too if that's your flavor. (its only a band-aid for a half an hour, but it can take a little bit of the edge off).
And maybe a support group online ... or locally....
