I've been here a little over a month now and thought about writing about this for a bit but wasn't sure how to share it. I finally decided to open up and talk about it...I hope it is ok with y'all.
So many times I read about women who have difficulty achieving orgasms and I feel bad for you. I really hope that you find what you need to help whether it be helping your partner learn, or self-stimulation, or a toy.
I sorta have the opposite problem. My husband came across an article a few months ago and shared it with me (I can't find the exact article again) and said, "This is you!" I have not seen a doctor (military hospital and I don't always have the same doctor) to get a diagnosis - but when I read the articles - this is me to a "t".
Its like I'm always horny - always. It probably sounds like every man's dream but it can be a woman's nightmare. Drive in a car more than 10 miles? I can barely stand it. I can't sit for long periods of time and I have backaches, etc. a lot (or did before coming here and starting to use toys).
Here are some links about this syndrome for those who want to know more:

I remember masturbating time and time again when I was young (and mom would beat me for it if she caught me). But it was like I couldn't get enough.
I got married and started having orgasms with my husband's help - but we would pretty much stop at one orgasm and then I'd lay in bed later and wonder what was wrong with me.
For a while I didn't struggle as much - but then in my 40's it came back in full force.
I am struggling with it now even though I'm post-menopausal. I never did go on steroids or hormones or anything - although I did take anti-depressants for a while.
Anyway - I was hoping that if there were others on here who struggle with this - you'd know you're not alone.
I've finally decided its time for me to recognize this and deal with it. My poor hubby - we can have sex twice a day now for 45 minutes to an hour each time - and I can be aroused again 10 minutes later even if we try to get me totally exhausted.
I hope I haven't offended anyone by writing about this.
