Sounds like when you get aroused you have such good blood flow you swell slightly, just enough to make penetration with any object other than a penis problematic. There isn't much you can do about that except use a very small or very soft dildo. You could also try laying on your side and slowly penetrating that way, or on your knees over a dildo with a base. It can sometimes be easier to relax those muscles if you are upright. less
