I was wondering if kegels are really just for people post baby or if it is important for all women regardless of if they have ever had a baby or not?

No, eveyone should do them! I learned about them in childbith class 22 years ago. Strong pelvic floor muscles are important during pregnancy, delivery and post partum recovery. But really everyone needs strong healthy pc muscles through out their adulthood. Pregnancy and childbith are just times that stress those muscles.

You can absolutely do Kegels and benefit from doing them even if you've never given birth or aren't planning to. Having strong pc muscles is good for you and can be good for sex too!

Kegels are for every woman, regardless of whether or not they've had a baby. Kegels are all about improving muscle tone, so kegel away!
