I always hurt really bad when having sex. Like when my husband is gone all week and then comes home and we have sex I feel like im a virgin again...any ideas?

I would recommend two things. Maybe using a toy when he's gone and also something to relax you when he gets home. You may be unconsciencely tightening up do to anxiety or anticipation. A bit of lube does wonders, also!

Yes. This^^ Especially the tightening due to anxiety or anticipation.

But if you try all those things and it doesn't help, go see your OB-Gyn, there may be other problems.

I had this problem when I was in my early 20's. Definitely go see your OB-Gyn just to be safe. It could be just anxiety or, as in my case, a more serious problem. Not something you want to take risks with.

Ditto. Your actual vagina would not change during a week, however maybe you're tense or nervous, or have an actual physical problem going on. Best wishes!
