When I use some toys after I get done it burns could that be that I am allergic or could it be the material it is made from?

It could be either. Was the toy you were using jelly? I know that a lot of people have experienced this with the jelly material (myself included).

It sounds like you are using an unsafe material. I'd recommend tossing them. At the least, use a condom over them if possible.

That's the effect jelly had on me. The scented toys were the worst… If the toy is TPE/TPR, the burning could be a sign that there is bacteria on the toy, and an infection is highly likely.

yes it was matter of fact

Yeah, you'll probably want to avoid using jelly, or like another member suggested, cover the toy with a condom. Me, I just avoid the material all together lol

The jelly could have absorbed some of the soap that you'd used to clean it. I'd experienced that burning myself some years ago. That toy went into the trash and I've not purchased a jelly toy since. However, the recommendation by sktb0007 to just use a condom on the jelly toy would work.

I'd recommend trying some silicone toy, you shouldn't get the burn using silicone.

I've never had the issue myself but, as you can see lots have. Those are some great suggestions.

Could be an allergy, could be something physiological. Does this happen when you have sex? If yes then you should see a doctor about it. Could be an allergy to the toy or the lube. Both potentially could cause it

I agree could be allergy or the fact that it was jelly. I can't use jelly toys its burns so bad and leaves me hurting for a few days.

I got rid of all my jelly ones for this reason. Was not worth it at all.

Makes me glad I never bought a jelly toy!!!!

Hopefully you have the problem solved.
But yes, the burn could be because of the toy material or the lube.
Jelly toys can be safe but as all the reviews tell us when it comes to jelly toys, to extend the life of the toy, put a condom over top. And that is not just if you are going to share it!!
I buy jelly toys to see if I am comfortable with a new size or shape that is similar to the more expensive toy I want. Jelly does not last long in my home simply because I do react to it.

I found out that I have this reaction to Jelly and PVC toys. So, you might want to watch PVC too.
