It depends on the context. I know that some nights my girl and I will do a lot of drinking, so there are times in the middle of foreplay she will have to go and pee. I'm not sure if it is normal to feel the urge to pee, and not actually have the need to pee.

When the G-spot is stimulated, it can definitely feel like you may have to pee for a couple of minutes. After this sensation is over, the pleasure starts to build until a person can hit a very pleasurable internal orgasm and possibly even female ejaculation.
