Weak vibrators show poor design or often just making it cheap to me!
Unless its tiny & uses button batteries then there is no reason for weak. Just include decent speed control.

I like my toys to have as much power as possible, it never hurts to have a lot of options to choose from. Also dildos are nice too but more fun to use with a partner.
