I definitely need the right motivational tool. I've tried Ben Wa balls in a couple of sizes, but never had much luck with them. I LOVE my Betty's Barbell though, so I find myself using it pretty regularly.

If I'm not really paying attention, I just do a lot of squeeze and release, but if I'm trying to purposefully exercise, I do the squeeze and hold. I try to see how long I can squeeze before letting go - I aim for between 5-10 seconds, relax, and repeat.

I'd like to try the balls just because I'm really interested in the sensations, but I've done the squeezing method for years (even before I knew they were actually an excersize, I did them because they felt good!) But it works perfectly for me. I still want to see for myself what all the hype is about the balls. I don't think the exercisers are the only way. Doing them by squeezing with no 'device' will work exactly the same.

I'd love it if you'd let me know what you do yourself and how many reps you do/how long you hold for/how long you release for. Also, I'd be interested to hear what you use as a memory trigger or what your established routine is?

I have the Lelo Luna Beads and I love them. I try to wear them 3-4 days a week whenever I know I'm going to be doing a lot of walking.

It is important to realize that you don't have to aquire any special items to assist you. Several posters have included links that explain how to do these exercises, and everyone male or female should exercise their pc muscles. But having said that I have tried some things to help keep me focused and that are fun to use. Lately I have been using the Intensity and I really enjoy it.

I just quickly squeeze and release whenever I remember and if I'm not doing something that requires concentration! Just do it for however long I feel like.

I have marbles, ones that are, bigger than the normal small ones, the normal large ones you find, and ones that are twice as big as that, i like the glass, and i like how simple they are, easy to clean and heavy, i will do kegals without them not everyday but when i remember, but when i have the marbles in its a constant trying to hold them in. i keep them in for a few hours

I do 25 'quick flick' Kegels and 50 slow contract and release Kegels every couple of days. Not all at once though!

i wanted Ben Wa Balls when i was 19 but couldnt find ne so i used what i had which were "stress reliver balls" they are metal and have little bells inside that make pesent noises when you roll them around your hands i started using those and i also bought a 1 pound dumbbell i put half way up inside,crouch down on my feet with my knees spread and flex my muscles first few times it was so heavy it fell right out but now i can hold it in while i walk around. i use that three tiems a week for an hour a time i might move onto a 2 pound weight if i can find one small enough!

This poll is my story about reawakening sexually 2 1/2 months ago, check my bio, really check my bio.
I have a long story about this - long story short, I use all the methods listed in the poll above as part of a daily workout program 4 days per week.
I began the workout program Jan, 2012. I also do all those exercises above randomly 24/7. Plus, I have Intensity. Now that actually gives me pleasure - YAHOO WHOOO!!! I use it daily.
I've tried 3 different Kegel balls sets and have not found what I want. Since I already have somewhat tight Kegels, I need a smaller set than 4'-4 1/2' in circumference.
PLUS, I want to experience the sensations that are always info. stated in the descriptions.
Baa-hum-bug, don't want to spend more $$$ on a 3rd set unless I know for sure I will feel the pleasurable sensation

My mentor suggested I write an article about Kegels since I've done a lot of research about them, plus I have experience working w/ them for many, many years.
