Uh-oh! I got my first kegel ball the other day. Goodness I did not realize how large these balls were until really looking at the video reviews the other day. Thank God I looked at them or I'd have ordered the 2 balls. So instead, I went with the single SmartBall. I've worn it for short periods the past couple days and both times had some trouble. Is it just me?
The first time, I had to have assistance putting it in and taking it out! The ball is so big that it wants to drag my urethra with it. I can't get it not to do that and it really hurts.
Yesterday, I had serious pain in my lower abdomen after wearing them for an hour. I have endometriosis and often times I'll experience very intense cramp-like pain that'll have me doubled over, and finding it hard to even breathe. That happened while wearing the ball and it's been 6 months since I've experienced the intense edo-like pain. Strange. It was like it pushed on my uterus and caused it to hurt some.
Thankfully no cramps or pain happened while wearing it today, but it was a b**** to get in. Liquid Silk is a must just to get it in.
Am I the only one with trouble inserting the big things? And have you ever hurt yourself using them? Just curious.
