Do you always feel confident in yourself? What are some things you do to up your confidence sometimes?

I'm sure we all have some things we don't feel self-confident about even though we are self-confident as a whole. I'm fairly sure most of us don't feel comfortable sharing that w/ pretty much anybody, myself included. maybe there are some out there that are willing to share their experience. I'm staying open on this.

I honestly have confidence issues periodically as I am a plus sized woman I get a lot of negative responses from folks. I simply do me, if I want to feel sexy whether my partner is around or not I put on lingerie. If I want to go all out I do my hair and makeup as well an send off photos to him while he is away working.

If none of the above is what you are looking for I also do hair masks, clay or mud face masks and do my own pedicure at the house. It helps me relax and makes me feel a lot better.
