I had two miscarriages prior to getting pregnant with my daughter. I was told the likelihood of me having a child was about 5%, basically none-however it was due to the previous inability to carry a child beyond two months. My endometriosis went completely undiagnosed from age 13-21. We finally got a highly qualified doctor here in town hat knew immediately with the first visit what my issue was and started treating it.
He was a bit surprised I managed to stay pregnant with my daughter up to three weeks prior to due date (I had her a year prior to visiting this DR. I had a live birth via cesearian, I am too small for a natural birth in the pelvic area. After all was said and done, the results from the lab showed that my uterus was too scarred for the placenta to firmly grab hold. The little mark from my daughter's placenta was 1/2" up from the cervix. Usually one the fetus gets that far down, you have lost it, she found one the the very few areas that was unscarred. My daughter was and is a very healthy young woman who has a child of her own now.
Yes you might be able to get pregnant, there are treatments and hormones, my friend went through this with her child and it was very successful. I wish you the best, and not to scare you but if you honestly want to have a child of your own--this disease is a now or never deal. I am not trying to scare you or rush you, but the longer you wait, by months, the more scarring that takes place. Good luck, hun!!! My heart is really aching for what you are going through!!!
