I can only speak for myself, but if I flex I'm able to achieve orgasm faster. It also helps when putting the condom on. But for me it's sort of like an ability that has its cooldown or downsides and side effects. Those include a less potent erection for some time after flexing for a period of time, eventually a shorter act, and added sense of urgency.

I'm going through physical therapy right now for my back, and I have been "ordered" to work on various pelvic muscles. I'm certainly feeling a difference.

I naturally clench my PC muscles during sex or masturbation, or just when I'm aroused. I've been doing it for years. It just feels good, even if I don't have anything inside me. I don't think I would be able to orgasm if I didn't squeeze my muscles.

The extra muscle tension helps me achieve orgasm more quickly and it feels better; not that it feels bad when I don't. It just feels better when I do.

I flex them sometimes, sometimes I don't. The first time I did it it was around his fingers and he was all kinds of impressed. The first question he asked was "can you do that on command?"
His are strong, too, but I'm not sure what he does with them during sex beyond the amazing little roll of the pelvis he can do.

I can flex them but I like it more than him- the tightness makes it hard for him to go as long.
I do flex on my own though, and they flex automatically when I orgasm.

If you can do it in the first place, I've found it's easy to strengthen these muscles to hold longer and without "shaking" to hold the muscles.

I can hold it indefinitely. I've never stopped because I couldn't do it anymore, just because I get bored or get distracted by something else and forget to keep doing it.

I really don't know. I just now did it, and was able to hold it squeezed for 10 seconds no problem. I think for me, I just lose my concentration before that long so I stop and then do it again later. In the moment, I sometimes just keep them squeezed because it really doesn't require much concentration, or because all my focus is already there.

I can hold them forever, but only slightly. If I fully squeeze my pc muscles at any stage, I'll orgasm. It's cool on one hand, but can be frustrating cause I can't fully squeeze my pc muscles to make them ultra strong.

I can hold them for awhile. You just don't wanna do a lot of kegals for a short period of time or it will strain your muscles. Usually your suppose to do short term kegals (2-5 secs 10 times for 3x a day) and long term kegals (about 15 second hold 10 times 3x a day).

For me it brought some good and positive effects, including fuller erections and bigger cumshot distance (If I don't exercise this weakens, so one should keep it up regularly) and also no-cum orgasms. But I realized some downsides: sometimes I can't 'let go' of flexing it and after that I grieve why did I have to do that? Mainly if I think too much about if she enjoys it or not, does she like to give me head or not, or if I'd like an erection faster than usual but then again it would have been better if I just let go of flexing... I should learn to use it more sparingly. During sex it drives the girls crazy when I flex but then I won't last for too long that way.. It's a double edged sword. Also if I flex during orgasm, there is no semen, that also comes with pros and cons. I'd gladly flex during her orgasm though

I've tried to exercise my Kegels several times for years but never seemed to benefit from doing the exercises so I'd stop. I started using them 4-5 days a week during my workouts as part of doing corrective body exercises. I did these exercises for 5 1/2 months not once thinking about the Kegels part of the corrective exercise & the results that exercising them would bring. THEN, one day my body came alive sexually again AND, I am thinking about sex every day more than I ever have in my life. AND, I have sex w/ myself at least 2x each day, again a first (unfortunately I don't have a lover right now - bummer ), AND IT'S so much more pleasurable than w/ the last partner I had. one thing I now know from researching Kegel exercising is that the more we use them, the more our libido can increase. I'm so elated w/ rediscovering my body - YES!!!

I have some experience with different ways of kegel exercises.
I started with just contracting pc muscles and letting go, the traditional kegel ones. I once had a phenomenal orgasm during exercising, full of joy and love.
But the traditional ones were not that satisfying.
I started practicing cantienica exercises, she is a swiss physican and has some exercises for scelettal muscles, somehow like callanatics.
I did her Tiger feeling programme and really loved it. She works with internal pictures to gain new control over muscles.
I love the sensual feeling in the pelvic area after training. Feels somehow pre-orgasmic. I didn't feel very much effect on my sex live though, but some harder erections.
Vigor-robic had very strong effects, though. Harder erections after the first training session and whole-body orgasms that looked like epilleptic attacks. I don't know why I stopped that workout, but unfortunately I did.
Now I do a mixture of all this below plus a taoist pelvic floor training and pelvic floor centered yoga asanas. The effects are:
More intense orgasms,
More stamina, longer duration,
cumshot distance increased
Straight back

Don't you just love the fact that it's invisible to others and you can do it anywhere? (Dull meetings or during commute, anyone?)

I'm currently working with a physical therapist for back issues, and he's given me some good points. The best one is to breath in deeply through your nose, exhale slowly from your mouth, hold your breath, concentrate on squeezing those muscles, hold the squeeze, and resume breathing for about 10 seconds, finally letting go of the squeeze. It's really helping me strengthen those muscles. Repeat this until it becomes difficult to hold the squeeze due to muscle fatigue. Take a break, and do it again.
I tend to do them while driving, relaxing at home, and before I fall asleep.

Occassionally I will do intentional kegels, at random times. I don't do reps, just squeeze for several minutes until I forget to keep doing it. I usually just do it naturally, during arousal. I do have some vaginal exercisers that I wear now and then, but I don't think they really help much, at least for me.

I don't have a routine or anything, nor do I have exercisers. I would like to purchase exercisers at some point, but my PC muscles seem to be fairly strong right now, so it would be more of a novelty factor. lol

I find it easier to work my pc muscles without the use of toys. I just do them whenever, wherever. And I'll just do a few here and there. I tend to abuse them at times for a mini orgasm on the go. I don't hold my breath while doing them.

I use Jopen's Intensity daily 30-60 minutes, sometimes 2x in a day . I've yet to find some vibrating sensation Ben Wa Balls - a huge appeal for me.
I take working my Kegels very seriously - 1st for part of body correction and now that MY BODY HAS COME ALIVE SEXUALLY AGAIN, I'm very serious to continue because of the great pleasure I experience & most definitely want to keep feeling - YES!!!
I workout 4-5 days a week & exercise my Kegels for a minimum of 5-8 minutes as part of 3 specific corrective body exercises. I also flex them throughout the day for several seconds each time.
When I do Tantric sex w/ myself or do a particular Tantric exercise (I don't have a lover - YET) I do use my breath as part of the exercise.
One exercise I do 1 set of 20 reps holding for 3-4 seconds followed by pulsing for 10-20 seconds - a 2nd exercise I do 2 sets & a 3rd exercise I do 4 sets followed in the same pattern as the first exercise.
