I got some of the cheap metal ones ages ago and they're fun to keep in during penetration of any sort, but they're so heavy that if I'm at ALL slippery they fall right out if I stand up for more than a few minutes! I've had better luck with the smartballs, and just ordered another similar type . . . all this reminds me that I'm WAY behind on reviews!
