More specifically, I wonder if women who squirt during sex are more likely to have urinary incontinence.

It would only happen if my bladder is really, really full. And also, I do not pee during sex, though I have "squirted" once. The fluid was thicker than urine and did not smell.

Likewise, if my bladder is full I can usually hold it in very well, but scare me or make me laugh really hard & yes, a bit of pee can leak out!
I ALWAYS empty my bladder before sex or masturbating and yes I "squirt" (I prefer to use the term spurt)when I climax. It's clear, odourless, slightly salty (yes, I have tasted it!)and doesn't leave a stain on bed sheets.

My wife does sometimes when jumping or so. She does squirt also if simulated really good. I don't think it is due to incontinence however. More due to real good sex.

I'm post menopausal and I find that occasionally when I laugh or cough hard there can be leaks. I'm doing my kegels and they help LOTS.

You have an interesting theory. I personally do squirt. I also am starting to have problems with peeing when I sneeze or cough.

my wife has never had a problem "leaking" urine ever. she is 40 and many of her friends have this issue. she wants to squirt and gets the feeling of needing to pee during stimulation but feels she cannot relax enough to let it go. she wonders if it is because her "kegel" muscles are abnormally strong. many of her friends are squirters but they also leak. on the other hand, i hear having strong "kegel" muscles helps with squirting because it allows for better control of those muscles.
