Have to be paying attention but yes.

I have an app on my phone that tells me when I'm ovulating. I'm not sure if it is accurate or not, but I at least have an idea of when I'm ovulating.

I keep track with fertility awareness, so 9 times out of 10 I know... It helps that I get middlesmertz.
10/01/2011
I'm on birth control pills, so I don't ovulate.
10/01/2011
I did before I was on BC. I used to get middlescmertz or whatever its called.

Also on BC, but guys still react to me. O_o I can usually tell when I'm supposed to because guys are more attentive.
Which is COMPLETELY NOT SUPPOSED TO HAPPEN on birth control.

I was about to say that I know because I get cramps, but thanks to the posts in this thread, I've now learned that's mittelschmerz. Thanks y'all!
I also get more emotional mid-cyle rather than during my period, experience spotting and have begun to pay more attention to my cervical mucus.

I ovulate 12 days after my period starts because I have a clockwork 26 day cycle

YES, I KNOW, U NORMALLY CAN CALCULATE THE FIRST DAY YOU START YOUR PERIOD, COUNT 14, 15, 16 DAYS AFTER AND THOSE ARE YOUR OVILATION DATES. OR WHEN YOUR MOST FERTILE.
10/01/2011
I am currently on the shot so I don't track it anymore but when I am off of birth control I know when I ovulate.
10/01/2011
I know exactly
10/01/2011
I'm on the pill, so if I still ovulate on it (I don't know that specific of the process), then it should be pretty easy to calculate. But I think I'll only pay attention to it when I start trying to have kids.

Ha! That happens with me too. I would have been ovulating this week if I didn't have my Mirena and the bf was *very* interested in me and kept talking about how awesome I smelled (wasn't wearing perfume or anything scented, lol).

Exactly, it's the scent we put out, which isn't supposed to be the 'breed me' scent, we're supposed to smell like 'pregnant' scent. But there it is ...

So, imagine what would happen if/when we get off the pill and it's the 'breed me' scent on full-force??

Yes, usually. I sometimes get Mittelschmerz, my sense of smell becomes very intense, I have food aversions (my guess is to protect any pregnancy that may occur) and of course, My Man seems more interested than normal. As he's a horny old man to start out with, that means a lot of sex! We just are more careful, as I will tell him, "I think I'm ovulating right now, so keep your jizz away from anywhere where it will cause problems." And of course that's always when he's wanting "somewhere warm and wet to come." *sigh*
I don't ovulate every month and never have, but I do enough to know when I am doing it.

I've never really paid attention to be honest. There have been times that I've been able to smell like, everything, but I've also been on birth control for the past 9 years or so. I haven't been off of it long enough at this point to even have another cycle. So maybe once I get a regular period I'll be able to figure it out.

I do know, but not when I am on the pill. I know due to cramping and change in discharge. I also pay attention to the calendar. I stick to oral and anal sex that whole week. If I do not want to get pregnant. I been thinking about getting pregnant again though. Just have to talk to the husband about it. We know we want another one just have no idea when.

When not on the pill. Yes...
10/03/2011
I always know. My libido skyrockets, my mind seems to be stuck on its own homemade porn channel, and there is a lot of natural lubrication happening. It's crazy, and sometimes I want to scream in frustration, but the constant arousal is kind of fun : )
10/03/2011
I can always notice a change in my discharge.

I don't actively track my cycle but I can tell when I am ovulating by the change in the texture of my discharge.

I don't have a uterus or ovaries anymore, but speaking of years ago, there's only one time when I knew I was ovulating. I don't know why that month was different.
I tried to chart my first-thing-in-the-mor ning temperature with a basal thermometer but it was always erratic. I've heard that this is what you see in the few women who ovulate sporadically through the month or at least not once in the middle like most women. That might be me because one time my gyn told me that I was ovulating. I told her that wasn't possible because I was due for my period any day. She insisted I had fertile mucous. My period started a day or two later.

I used to chart religiously so I always knew when I was ovulating. I was getting so good a charting my stuff out I could plan certain days for us to have sex months in advance. Just in case it fell on workday and we needed to ask for it off. Most of the time I war right I'll never get pregnant so I don't even pay attention to that stuff anymore.
Plus, I can usually feel like small pinch on one side when I ovulate. Don't have any of the changes to my sense of smell or notice that my hubby wants me more.

I can feel an egg release. Like the follicle busting, it's super weird. Added to that I am always super aroused when I ovulate. I don't even look at people's faces only their asses!
