I am not sure if I am on a diet officially. I probably gained somewhere around 5-10lbs the last year. My old pants are getting tight, ect. I am trying to lose 10 lbs (started after thanksgiving) by the time Christmas comes around, when I will be with my family. I just want to appear the same for families that haven't seen me for a while.
Anyone else trying to do the same? Or anyone else trying to lose weight?
I been pretty lazy, so going to the gym is kinda hard to do. So I been trying to just limit my food intake. I am trying to not snack on things hours before going to bed and eat more fruit and vegetables instead of carbohydrates.
Anyone have any good weight loss tips they'd like to share? Anyone doing the same things as me?
