I had the same as you. I didn't have to take mine out when I was pregnant.

I used mine to pull my hood back when I used vibrators. Doing that stretched out the hole until it finally split. It sounds painful, but I didn't feel it at all. So now it's gone and I miss it terribly. I can't get it redone because the skin literally split in half. SAD.
