I used to have the Paragard IUD for about 6 days, but mine had expelled. Anyways I was wondering, do you ladies prefer the Paragard IUD or Mirena IUD or fine both satisfying reguardless of possible side effects

I have the Mirena. I was hoping for lighter periods with and and it actually had the reverse action. My periods became longer and heavier.

Just got Mirena a few days ago... =/ I'm super nervous about it, but the doctors said I don't have many other choices at this point because nothing works for keeping my bleeding and cramping down. :s
