I'm a skeptic myself, just wondering.

They can, but it is highly dependent on the effort you put in to using them.

Yes, they are. Since I've been doing kegels (and using Luna Beads, which I will write a review on very soon), I have been more sensitive down there to penetration, I've had more control over my muscles during masturbation which has heightened the pleasant sensations (when me and my SO are reunited in the winter, I'll be demonstrating on his cock, which I'm sure he'll appreciate , and my orgasms have been more intense and have lasted longer. I've never had kids and I'm only 26, but I have heard from reputable sources and straight from the horse's mouth at times, that for older women and women who have had kids, the difference between doing kegels and not doing kegels, can be huge.
Why so skeptical?

Yes - as with most things. You have to be consistent and put forth the proper effort. But if you do, the results are worth it.

I do think so, I can tell a difference and so can my husband!

They are, but few put in the effort to actually do them, and do them regularly

yes!! just ask my husband. I am as tight as the day we met. Maybe tighter

They do work, but you have to do them regularly to see the best results.

I am not sure I have my first set of kegel balls/eggs on the way so we shall see.

Yeah, it definitely works, but you have to put forth the effort. You need to do them consistently like any exercise.

I can tell the difference in girls that do them

YES. In both males and females, doing your kegels improves your sex life! My partner and I both do them regularly, it helps him control when he cums and it lets me tighten up for him.

Yes without a doubt, as long as you do them, they improve orgasms and prevent incontinence

Kegel exercises are definitely helpful, as long as you keep up with them. Just doing a couple once or twice a month won't get you anywhere fast.
