I have found that I enjoy sex with my partner during my period, but my partner wishes that I'd enjoy him every other day, but enjoy toys more during my period.


So I want to hear from all the Eden ladies:

Do you have a preference during your period, toys versus the real deal, or do you love them all all the time, or is it the get the hell away from me nothing is gonna touch me sort of deal.

We have sex all month long. My Man doesn't really care. He says, "I'm getting laid. A little blood doesn't bother me at all."

The one day where I feel like it's the "Great Deluge" (usually the second day) and I'm cramping like crazy, sometimes I want to be left alone but usually, we're into it. IF we can get to me and get me to orgasm right before the worst pain starts, the entire period goes easier. This month, I have a UTI, so even when I felt it coming on, we had to abstain (it was a severe UTI with kidney involvement) and today, I'm bend double in pain. Last month, we got some orgasms in before the pain started, and it was a fairly OK period.

So, for me, it's better if we have sex, because I need the orgasms.

I find your period is easier if you're orgasming through it. At least for me. I'm not a huge fan of being fingered/tongue fucked while on my period, but toys are OK as they can be cleaned. Sometimes though, I just want to cuddle because I turn into a ticking emotional timebomb.

I like both, doesn't matter when. The mess can be a little inconvenient but I have black sheets, a shower and a washing machine.

Glad I could help.

Yeah, the UTIs suck. I'm on Cipro, which is a brutal oral antibiotic, used instead of putting you on an IV antibiotic. It's not pleasant to take, but the UTI was very bad, ended up the the ER Thursday night. I'm better now, but still not 100%.

Both of us are fine with having sex during that time, and it's something we've done in the past, but I've found that as I've gotten older ( ), any sexual activity during my period makes it last longer. Since this is not a desired result, I'm off-limits until all is said and done.

We just had sex 2x during my wife's most recent period and everything went well - but in 22 years it has probably happened less than 10x. Mostly she just considers it an acceptable time to put me off. For me - like many men I don't like the week off - but I get it off anyway

I prefer to have orgasms during my period as it does make the cramping less painful. However about 18months ago i got started of bc and it has actually diminished the monthly pain. I like both all the time but the worst part is I get almost unbearably horny during that week from all the raging hormones but the hubby says its a no go

I usually prefer not to use toys during my period, because it can get messy. But my man has no problem with us having sex during that time, as long as he's wearing a condom and he doesn't get blood on his hands or in his mouth.

I think every vagina-owner needs to look into menstrual cups, menstrual sponges, and thick dark towels! These items are indispensable for menstrual sex.

Simply because of the mess it causes and the inconvenience that goes with it, I'd rather not have any sort of vaginal penetration during my period. Not that there's anything wrong with it - I'd enjoy it if I could. Just...not practical. I tend to stick with good ol' clitoral stimulation during my period, preferably with my vibrator.

I want him more during that time, but he sees it as a turn off. I'd prefer no toys
