How safe is it to play with EF's toys out of the box. They do have a return policy...

After an initial wash, they should be ok to use. BUT you'll want to test them first (make sure they work well).

A lot of toys can come with some of the mold release agent still on them or they may have a powder to keep them from feeling sticky. So always wash well before the first use.

Like JR said, test the toy first (vibes, settings) make sure it works properly before washing.

I would always test them first to make sure they work because I have gotten defective toys. Once I know they work, I give them a quick wash, just because you know never know.
