Do you use products with parabens?

Contributor: salaciousrex salaciousrex
I was reading more reviews on the lube I just ordered (liquid silk) and saw somebody write something about parabens. I googled it and I have no idea if I should still go ahead and use this lube. Usually I'm pretty cautious with things that are potentially harmful, but I have no idea if I should be worried with parabens.

Are you fine with using products with parabens? If not, why? What's your opinion about parabens?

I try not to, but if I end up with one I wait to see how my body reacts to it and judge it from there. I personally haven't had any problems yet, so I don't tend to let that be the swaying factor, but I know that there are others who do have problems and want to know so I always make sure to note it in my reviews.

I think the idea is they might be cancerous. But so is everything. It depends on you and your other risk factors, and how often you plan to use it.

I try to avoid them, but it is a one off thing, I doubt it does much harm. It's if you are using them everyday. There are some great lubes that are paraben free. Check out Sliquid brand.

I'm not too worried about parabens, but I know some are so always mention that in my reviews if products contain them.
