I dont really see a problem with the way condoms are now. I know that they are not the same as not using one. You can never create something that protects, and yet cant be felt. I hate using condoms. I never had a problem using them before we were married, because that is what we were used to using. But now that we dont use them, I dont think I could go back to using condoms very easily.

A man with more money than sense - there are so many more important issues that need to be tackled.

I think the main intent of the research is to promote condom use to fight aids.

And pregnancy is much more of a concern in third-world countries where the foundation does work. A lot of these grants have led to some cool inventions -- like toilets that barely use water -- and suggestions from even normal people like you and mean. They have the money to spend on it, and it improves quality of life so go ahead!

Hey, I'm glad that it's sparking a conversation about condoms and making the more acceptable-the more knowledge the better

I was very interested when I saw this in an ad at the cafe I regular. So many people don't use them when they should. I cannot wait to see the outcome of this.

I think this is actually a pretty good idea. The Gates' have so much money that honestly $100,000 is just a tiny drop in the bucket, and they do so much charitable work I am constantly impressed with them.

everyone seems to use condoms reluctantly, and it would be great if they could be improved in some way. People are way more clever than we anticipate them to be sometimes, we may get something really cool out of this!
