What the heck, it's healthy for one thing and you sleep better. I love masturbating. It really depends. It used to be more, but as my Orgasmic Threshold increased, it seems to be easier to orgasm with My Man if I haven't in 12 or 24 hours or so, and we have sex once or twice a day. So, I wait, if I can. Usually once or twice a week. I seem to touch myself a lot. I wake up with my hand between my legs, it seems to be a comfort thing. But getting off is a lot more work than it used to be, and I feel like it needs to kind of "build up" so I can come when I'm with My Man.

I've gone months when I had tiny babies, just because of NO time to do it.

When I was a teenager, and not living with My Man, it was at least once daily.

I agree! Totally helps me get to sleep. I have a lot of trouble getting to sleep when I don't.

It's so weird for me to see myself type it--I do it maybe once a month. 10 years ago, I masturbated at least once a day (when I wasn't on my period or on a trip).
