How do I increase my sex drive and ability to have orgasm naturally?

How do I increase my sex drive naturally? I desperately need to increase my sex drive and ability to orgasm. I'm on quite a few meds that are killing my drive. I need them however and can't find any substitutes for them that work for me.
So I need to know how to increase my sex drive and orgasms naturally.
Or is there anything on the site that would increase it without giving me a UTI, yeast infection or an IC flare up?
I have tried Aromatherapy for sensuality. Porn. Relaxation techniques. Meditation. Music including audio erotica & music for erotic moods (I highly recommend link and putting there stuff on an mp3 player or portable device.) tons of toys. I just bought a fairy massager the big one (will be my birthday gift to myself lol.) So I'm looking into massage as well. Dirty fan-fiction, stories. Have read any real erotica yet and would be very open to any suggestions.
I don't know what else I can try... even combos of a bunch of these aren't doing it. endlessly frustrating. PLEASE HELP!
THANK YOU in advance for helping.

I find when I am healthier my drive goes up. My advice is lots of exersize(5x a week is best), eliminate junk food eat fruit, veggies and lean meats. Cut back on sugar and processed foods especially those with white flour. Then to help with orgasm issues explore kegel options. I just received the luna beads noir. It's too soon to talk about long term effectiveness but I can say for sure they are comfortable! I have also had sucess with energie I would think that kegelcisor would be good too. I have had much sucess with the jopen intensity, but the cost of that is quite high and I suggest you explore cheaper options first. It is definitly worth it my opinion, but at your age you will probably find cheaper options just as effective. I also have had good results with intense clit stimulating gel. I didnt notice much effect with arousal but I orgasm more quickly with it and my orgasms are a bit longer and stronger with it. It's not a huge thing, but it helps. I have found though out the years that the quality of the relationship also plays a huge role in the strength of my sex drive. So that may be another area you want to investigate. I wish you all the best! Feel free to send me a message if you want to chat more about it!

On days I have trouble or it's taking too long for my liking, I use a tingling/cooling lubricant and that really helps. You, like me, probably need one that is intense, so I suggest KY's tingling gel. It was $10 at Walmart, unfortunately not available on Eden but you can get others here. I haven't tried them yet though. The only kind I tried was by Wicked and I only use it when desperate cause it feels like nothing.

I know you said you medicines are necessary, put I would suggest talking to your doctor about alternatives and explain the sex drive problem, if you have not already done so. There is generally more than one type of medicine for each issue people have so there should be something else and the doctor will be understanding if they are a good doctor!

I would agree with overall health contributing to sex drive substantially. I'm not saying I never eat sugar or "junk food", but I limit it and what I do eat tends to be high quality (no fillers, not the cheap candy isle stuff).
That has already been said though. What I wanted to add is that multiple prescriptions can stress your adrenals and maca root and gotu kola are both known for helping your adrenal glands to compensate for being over-stressed. I'm no doctor, so please ask yours how those would interact with your medications.
Also, I would definitely see if it is at all possible to look into alternative, plant based treatments for any of your medications. I always chose a plant over a man-made concoction and have found a lot of good things and no side effects.
