We have times set aside just for us, then it's just about anything goes.

We seem to go back and forth. When I was first dating him, (he was my first) our drives were pretty evenly matched (I was a horny teen ager and he was a horny man a little older than I am) then, when we had babies, my drive was not very strong. When you have babies and small children, all your energy seems to be focused on them, and you don't have a lot of time for sex. Admittedly, we still had sex 3-4 times a week, even then. (He reminded me that one of his most happy memories of our sex life was when we brought our youngest baby home from the hospital. I has had a C Sec, my nipples were sore from breastfeeeding a baby with a latch on disorder (and a premie) I had a problem where my skin had been torn off when they removed the plastic coating on my hips after the surgery. I felt pretty bad. I also couldn't get into the water bed, where we sleep, from the Section scar. He said the second night home, I was lying on the air mattress he had set up for me on our floor, I got the baby to sleep and said "Somebody needs a blow job." He said, "You were in a lot of pain, you were just home from the hospital with a new baby, you were barely sleeping at all. And you still thought of me and my needs. It was very sweet. Good BJ, too." Anyway.)

Now, he's in his 50s and my drive is very strong. His is as well. But, as he says sometimes, "Sometimes your mind writes a check your body can't cash." But, we're still doing well. It's weird, even though I've always had a very strong drive (except for when we had babies and I was on Depo) my drive is stronger by a little bit now. I hear, "I'm tired!" a lot. I say, "So what? I'm horny." A lot.
