Recently she got into a car accident, and has trouble using her legs; especially around the shin area. Does anyone have any suggestions on positions the two of us should try and focus on to minimize any of her leg/shin pains?

which positions have you tried that have caused pain?

I know it's a little different because of gender, but my boyfriend recently had surgery on his leg so we are very limited with our sex positions. The only one we can do for more than a minute is me on top.
I don't know if you guys could try it, but maybe with her sitting up on a counter and you standing in front of her? Or her sitting on a low chair/bed/couch and you on your knees in front of her? Easy entry for you and she can just sit there! Plus the angle usually feels great
If her legs being bent causes more pain then you could always have her sitting up like my last suggestion and have her legs spread and propped up on chairs or stools.
Also maybe on your sides with you entering her from behind. She could maybe prop her legs on pillows or something.
I honestly don't know if this is any help at all, but I wish you the best of luck and hope you guys can find someway to minimize pain

Excellent suggestions! You could also try a position with you at the edge of the bed sitting and she then sits on your lap. If she is small enough for you to cradle she would take all pressure off her legs entirely. Alternately she can face you with her legs round your waist and then you just rock rather than thrust. I found this helped me when I had my sciatic nerve pinched and couldn't stand my legs being manipulated during sex.

I hope she gets to feeling better and this isn't a permanent injury.
