I have a problem lasting more than 10 mins, and can't go for multiple rounds! Would Circumcision help, any advise?
Would you get circumcised at 25-30 years old?

I don't know if it would help with your problem — but there are MUCH less drastic solutions than circumcision, which is VERY painful and a little bit risky.
I would suggest checking out these tips (link) and trying them before doing anything drastic!
By the way, this is a VERY common problem. I think most of us have had to deal with this at one time or another. I know I did. And yes, it got better.

Only reason a guy should consider getting circumcised later on in life is for a medical reason, if there is one.

That may be more a matter of learning control. I had an uncircumcised playmate who could go for about a half hour at a time and could go 3 or 4 times a night, so a foreskin doesn't cause issues by default. By the same token, I've met "cut" guys who couldn't last much past getting it in
There's a book that Alan & I read a couple of years ago called The Multi-Orgasmic Man, and there are some techniques in there that really do help guys last longer IME.

So. Anways, there are definitely products that will make you last longer. I can say Shunga's Desensitizing spray DOES numb both me and my partner. In fact, it numbed us both so much we didn't orgasm at all! So we don't use it. It depends on the person, but IMO, Shunga's seems to be one of the best, if not the best, OTC product out there for this due to its content of Benzocaine, which seems to be higher than in other products. I know some people have said it did not affect them, but I think for the majority, it will! It did for us. Here's a link and photo to it, in case that is useful for ya.

The page says it has a 7.5% of Benzocaine, so I think that's close if not the exact amount Shunga's had, but I could still be wrong. Either way, seems a good one to me.
There's also the Overtime Delay Cream
Personally, I don't know I'd use that one simply because Benzocaine is not listed as an active ingredient or an ingredient at all. Plus, it has glycerin and other ingredients I don't want on me, and you have to be careful because of glycerin and other ingredients that cause infections like yeast & urinary tract. This one does say the glycerine is plant-based, but that doesn't mean someone sensitive to infection will be fully safe.
Benzocaine has a slightly numbing effect, so that is how it keeps you from going so quickly. I've used it for a toothache.
Then there's the Power Cream, which is by the same manufacturer as Power Spray, which I listed first. This looks like it'd work, to me. It has the same (7.5%) Benzocaine amount, so either seem good. The cream is on sale right now for $6-something, so it would be a good first-try.
There are more, but I didn't wanna take up too much space here & those I listed would be the ones I personally would try first, if I were going to a prolonging product. But I definitely don't think I'd get circumcised (if I did have a peter) for only that reason.

I would get circumcised at that age for major medical reasons or for strong religious reasons... But I don't really think that it would help you with your problem. Many guys can't go for more than 10 minutes or multiple rounds! Just like the women in porn, the men tend to measure up to abnormally high sexual prowess.
I agree that there are many lotions and potions that can help. Wearing a condom may also help, as well as a cock ring (which restricts blood flow and can delay orgasm.)

I say find a partner who is ok with you using a toy - a harness like the Joque along with a realistic dildo like something in VixSkin - and you can keep going all night long!
Also, not everybody cares about penetration. I'd much rather be penetrated for ten minutes and have an orgasm, rather than be penetrated for an hour and not get off!

For lasting longer you may try self-hypnosis or a regular / daily relaxation routine like progressive muscle relaxation.
