Not in the function, but in the frequency and spontaneity of sex! We enjoy it way more now that we don't have to fumble with birth control.

I experienced very minor pain during orgasm for about 8 months, but it was never serious enough to go to the doctor. It is completely gone now. My semen volume seems slightly lower and the explosiveness of cumming seems less, but I'm 38 now, so it could be age too. I feel young though and stay in good shape. Most people can't believe I'm 38.

I've heard that there can be minor complications after.. but not extreme ones.
