Phimosis

Contributor: hornypoet69 hornypoet69
I an an uncircumcised man, with phimosis. For those who are unaware, it means my foreskin does not retract all the way. It is not severe phimosis, it will retract while I'm flaccid, just not all the way while I'm hard. So far I have only done "outercourse" handjobs, blowjobs, etc, and it has been no problem, as long as my partner was aware not to pull back too forcefully. However, I am a gay man, and at some point I will have the opportunity and desire to try anal sex. I have other worries about bottoming, but right now I want to voice my concerns about topping. Obviously, I would be wearing a condom, but condom instructions always say to pull back your foreskin before putting it on, which obviously I can't do. I am worried that it might be painful or impossible for me to penetrate a man. I know there are stretches and such one can do to cure phimosis (and I've also found that getting a blowjob does wonders for it). I just want to know if I'm going to have to be fully functioning in order to comfortably penetrate.

I think this is something you should consult a urologist for - we don't know the extent of the phimosis and I would be hesitant to take advice from strangers. There might be a surgical procedure that could ultimately leave the foreskin intact while solving the problem. Good luck!

I'm not worried about the phimosis itself. I've done my research, and know what the options are. It's not dangerous or severe enough to be worth surgery. I'm just wondering if I'm going to have any problems penetrating before getting this fixed naturally. (through stretching and blowjobs)

You should be able to find nonsurgical medical treatments that'll be more effective than just stretching. Consult a urologist.

Yeah, betamethazone cream. But again, my worry is not the phimosis itself. It's how I will be able to handle penetrating, with a foreskin that doesn't retract. How necessary is it for the foreskin to be retracted before putting on the condom? Is the pressure of the guy's anus/rectum going to force my foreskin back? Or will a condom prevent that? Are there any uncut guys out there that tried anal penetration, with a condom, without first retracting their foreskin?

I don't think anyone can realistically answer your question regarding whether or not penetration will force your foreskin back. I'm also not intact, but I believe the reason you retract the foreskin before putting on a condom is to decrease the risk of breakage. If the condom is rolled on without retracting the foreskin, penetration and thrusting will cause the foreskin to retract, thus stretching the condom even further and risking breakage.
