I could be wrong, as I'm not an expert, but as I have come to understand it the orgasm is actually the sensation before ejaculation occurs and the ejaculation is a separate part of the process. Orgasms are typically followed by ejaculation, but does not necessarily have to be every time. For example, when your partner gets you almost to the point of no return, but then backs off to let you regain your control, only to bring you to the same point again in the same session. That would be your multiple orgasm. Again, I could be wrong. That's just the way I remember reading about it.

Multiple orgasms, yes. Multiple ejaculations, no. There's a big difference.

I count orgasm as the mind blowing/mind altering sensations of pleasure that causes your conscious mind to temporarily lose control so you are just hit with waves and waves of pleasure. Ejaculation is the when you cum.

I have found the manual prostate massagers as the best tool to achieve multiple orgasm.

I did once, my first one I finished hands-free and then I grabbed it and came about 15 seconds later. I wasn't really that big of a fan of it, it just wasn't nearly as intense as I was used to.
