I'm not sure exactly what you're saying, but if you are having issues with maintaining an erection during sex it is probably time to make a trip to your doctor and/or psychologist. If you are having trouble maintaining or getting an erection in general you may have some physical issues that are preventing your body from working properly and either way you may have some mental blocks making it difficult for you to get and/or maintain erections. I know it's a sensitive subject, and I don't know exactly what's going on for you and your body, but I would recommend that on something like this, professional help is the way to go.

Try some Cialis it works wonders! Just check with your doctor first to make sure you don't have other health issues where you would be unable to take it. It lasts 36 hours and makes sex possiable multiple times per day.

Exercising regularly and losing weight are also supposed to help, I hear.

I've heard that it is often psychological. Try not to worry about it at all, and see if things...perk up.
sorry
Seriously though, I have heard that trying not to put so much emphasis on it and to relax has helped a lot of people.

It seems you are losing your focus at the time of insertion and the condom is cutting down on the sensitivty of your penis. You need both to keep a penis erection.

Have your doctor check your thyroid and testosterone levels too. They did this for me when I started to experience it, realized it was just from all the stress of my job.
