Just to let you know HPV can cause penile cancer in men. The HPV vaccine can prevent this, along with some common strains of genital warts. Just saying it is a good idea for men to get vaccinated not only to prevent the spread, but to protect themselves.
HPV, bad for males too

Yes. From what I understand, there is also a chance of transmission into the mouth and throat...yet another reason the shot should be available to men as well.

From what I gather it's only available for a certain age of women too.

This is what I understand too. And there are a great deal of cons to this shot. Be sure to do the research before deciding to get the vaccine. It has killed some otherwise healthy young ladies.

HPV in men is more of a nuisance than a real danger. Penile cancer is very rare from what I have read.

I am vary wary of the vaccinations, though, and it is something that should be looked into. Like Beck said, there are a lot of cons to the shot, and having administered quite a few of them myself I can assure you that you will want to make the decision based on whether or not you feel you may become exposed.
Personally, I just prefer to be tested and have my partner tested rather than take the risks of vaccinations because for our lifestyle, that works. It's less expensive and that way, there's no need to put anything in your body. Of course, this won't work for everyone, but if it does it is the better option in my opinion.

Same here. It only applies in the range of 40 and above for your age.
