Umm.. sorry to say that this isn't going to happen. You can try a pump but that's very risky and could cause permanent damage.

Isn't there some kind of surgery that they do where they slice a ligament and it frees up an inch or more of penis that is normally held inside the body by said ligament?
Not that I'm suggesting surgery. I mean, that seems like an awful risk to take just to boost your self confidence.

If you're overweight, you can gain an inch or two by dropping the extra pounds. I just learned this myself a few months ago. I was shocked that a man's weight could actually make a difference, but Dr Oz says it does.
