I find that men are thought to be horny all the time. And that if you refuse sex it means you are no longer interested in your partner. I find this to be a horrible stereotype. Men just like women are sometimes not in the mood. It is not related to the other person not being attractive, or not being loved. It is just being not interested in sex that day. I just thought I would share that I do not like the stereotype and think it adds stress to a male in a relationship.
Do you ever feel pressured for sex?

My Man sometimes isn't in the mood. He's older, (50s) and it seems to happen a little more now than it did, say, 20 years ago. If it's "I'm kinda tired." and I'm horny, I'll roll all over him and try to get him in the mood. But, if it's "I'm really not in the mood and just want to go to sleep" then I know when to leave Papa Bear alone!
Men have the right not to be in the mood sometimes, too.
But, when it gets to be "I'm not in the mood" more than "in the mood" then it's a problem, if it's either member of the couple.

I can usually be put in the mood pretty easily, but yeah. There are times when I'm just not interested AT ALL.

Cat E.
I'm female and I've never felt pressured to have sex and I've never pressured a man for it.
