Yes, I'm allergic to my husband's sperm, that is one of the reasons why we use condoms; it is a common condition known as seminal plasma hypersensitivity.

I have heard that some woman can have a reaction, but its rare. I have never heard of a man that could be allergic to it though because, well, they produce it.

I saw a woman on a documentary once who was allergic to her partner's semen. Seems like a pretty inconvenient thing to have.

You can also be allergic to one mans sperm and not another. Depends on diet and biological make up
